 I’ve been in the mental health field since 2017. I have helped and empowered more than 20,000 youths and working professionals through various mental health awareness programs, soft skill training, and creating content-specific training programs. These initiatives are designed to help individuals deal with depression, anxiety, emotional intelligence, parent-child relationships, grief, PTSD, and relationship concerns. Through customized therapy sessions tailored to the issues and concerns of each client, I have assisted people across different age groups in reclaiming their self-worth, confidence, and joy. My approach includes both therapy and workshops/training sessions.

 I have internationally facilitated workshops for young adults and am passionate about unravelling the knots and complexities of the human psyche. By addressing self-doubt, I help individuals love themselves more, create loving relationships with themselves, achieve their highest potential, and discover their talents and gifts.

 My recent research has been published in the International Journal of Neurolinguistics and Gestalt Psychology on 'Affect, Body Image, Self-Esteem, and Sexual Exploration: Impact of Early Childhood Relationships.' I have also voluntarily served individuals within the community.

I am dedicated to assisting and guiding individuals toward understanding and embracing their true selves.

I use an eclectic approach to helping clients, tailoring my methods to suit each individual's needs. My main and favourite tools are:

Gestalt Therapy:

Focusing on the present moment and the client's experience in the here and now.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP):

Using communication and behavioural change techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

Addressing dysfunctional emotions, behaviours, and thoughts through a goal-oriented, systematic process.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):

Encouraging clients to accept what is out of their personal control while committing to action that improves and enriches their lives.

Person-Centered Approach:

Providing a non-judgmental, empathetic environment to help clients find their own path.

Movement Therapy:

Incorporating physical movement to support mental and emotional healing.
